By accessing and using the SCENTAX website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of Service
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. SCENTAX doesn't require an account to browse or order — orders are placed and confirmed directly through WhatsApp.
Orders and Payment
Every order requires a 50% deposit paid upfront via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, with the remaining 50% paid in cash on delivery. An order is confirmed once you send us its details over WhatsApp.
Products and Pricing
We strive to display accurate product information and pricing in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCENTAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
